Joline is the head of GMP manufacturing. Driven by a strong interest in human immunology and cell- & gene therapies, she is very dedicated is to bring novel therapies from bench to bedside.

At CellGENTherapies, Joline functions as head of production overseeing the manufacturing of several types of ATMPs, including dendritic cell- and mRNA-LNP based vaccines and is managing the team on a daily basis.

She obtained a PhD in Health Sciences at UGent focusing on the development of a process for manufacturing of small batches of mRNA in a GMP facility for early-phase clinical trials and immunomonitoring of cancer patients treated with an mRNA-loaded dendritic cell vaccine.
