Dendritic cells
Dendritic cells play a critical role in the immune system’s ability to recognize and respond to foreign invaders or tumors. We have the required expertise for manufacturing personalized dendritic cell products. Loaded with mRNA encoding a target epitope/antigen.
Lipid nano-particles
We produce clinical batches of mRNA formulated in lipid nanoparticles for vaccination purposes or as ATMP. We work both on standard lipid nano-particle technology and on new proprietary formulations, for example with novel adjuvants.
In-vitro transcribed RNA
We produce in-vitro transcribed RNA as a drug substance.
Stromal vascular fraction (SVF)
Fat tissue is rich in stem cells that can be exploited for many applications. We produce cellular ATMPs derived from fat tissue.
Multivirus-specific T-cells
We are the national production center for multivirus specific T-cell to be used in a EU sponsored phase-III clinical study for the treatment of persisting viral infections in a transplant setting.
Point-of-care CAR-T cells
We are in the process of obtaining a license for the on-site production of lentiviral particles. These are used for two clinical studies in CAR-T technology, one focused on HIV and one on pancreatic cancer.
